Borrowing Books
This video tells you what you need to do to borrow books.
We forgot something important in the end, what do you think it is? (This video shows kindergartners putting their books into a library folder. Most students will put their library books into their backpacks. Be sure you don't have any loose pencils or crayons in the bottom of your backpack!) |

Treat Books With Aloha
1. Never eat or drink while reading a library book.
2. Wash your hands before touching a book.
3. Water bottles on the outside of your backpack, books on the inside.
4. Turn the pages from the top corner.
5. Use a book mark. Do not fold down the corner.
6. Keep books away from little brothers, sisters, dogs & cats.
7. Do not write or color in books.
8. Read your books! =)
9. Return your books on time.
